Adding an item to your shopping bag does not reserve the item or guarantee availability.

An item may become unavailable before checkout is completed.

  • Cancel an item that becomes unavailable after an order is submitted

If we are unable to fulfill a paid item, we will provide an appropriate refund for that item.

Where permitted by law, FOVIER reserves the right to correct obvious errors.

7. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or inventory errors

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Suspected fraud

  • Unusual purchasing activity

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Legal or regulatory requirements

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact FOVIER Customer Care as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered:

  • Processing

  • Fulfillment

  • Packing

  • Shipment

Once an order can no longer be cancelled, eligible merchandise may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

9. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

FOVIER cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing begins.

If a package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect address

  • An incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Failure to collect the shipment

  • Refusal of delivery

Additional shipping or carrier costs may apply if reshipment is requested.

10. PAYMENT

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and payment provider.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.

FOVIER does not directly store your complete payment card information.

11. TAXES, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL CHARGES

Orders may be subject to applicable sales taxes or similar taxes based on the destination and applicable law.

International customers may also be responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local taxes

  • Carrier collection fees

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they may be assessed separately by local authorities or the delivery carrier.

FOVIER does not control charges imposed independently by government authorities, customs agencies, or third-party carriers.

12. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, rates, and applicable delivery information are displayed during checkout or explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Carrier operations

  • Customs processing

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Local delivery conditions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

FOVIER cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless such guarantee is expressly provided for the applicable shipping service.

13. RETURNS

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returned merchandise must meet all applicable return requirements, including being returned in original, resaleable condition.

Standard eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the amount paid for the returned merchandise after applicable discounts.

Customers are responsible for ordinary return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

The standard restocking fee does not apply where FOVIER confirms that merchandise was incorrectly shipped, defective upon arrival, or eligible as damaged due to an issue attributable to FOVIER or fulfillment.

14. NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Certain products may not be eligible for return because of hygiene, customization, product condition, or other applicable restrictions.

These may include:

  • Final Sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Pierced earrings after opening or use

  • Intimate garments where required hygiene protection has been removed or compromised

  • Bodysuits where applicable hygiene protection has been removed or compromised

  • Swimwear where applicable hygiene protection has been removed or compromised

  • Worn, washed, altered, stained, or damaged merchandise

Any product-specific restrictions may also be stated on the relevant product page.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. EXCHANGES

FOVIER does not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return an eligible item in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and place a new order.

Availability of replacement products cannot be guaranteed while a return is being processed.

16. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, FOVIER may offer:

  • Promotional codes

  • Automatic discounts

  • Multi-item offers

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Sale pricing

  • Limited-time offers

Each promotion may be subject to its own eligibility requirements, exclusions, dates, minimum purchase requirements, and combination rules.

Unless expressly permitted, promotional offers may not necessarily be combined.

FOVIER may modify or end a promotion where permitted by law.

17. MULTI-ITEM PROMOTIONS

Where an order receives a discount based on purchasing a qualifying number or value of products, the discount is conditional on the order continuing to satisfy the promotion requirements.

If part of a qualifying order is later returned and the remaining merchandise no longer qualifies for the original promotional tier, the promotional discount may be recalculated where applicable.

Any eligible refund may therefore reflect:

  • The actual amount paid

  • Applicable promotional adjustments

  • The 10% restocking fee

  • Other applicable non-refundable charges

18. SALE & PRICE CHANGES

FOVIER may change prices or introduce promotional pricing at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not guarantee retroactive price adjustments where an item is reduced in price after a completed purchase.

An item purchased before a promotion begins does not automatically qualify for the later promotional price.

19. GIFT CARDS

If FOVIER offers gift cards, additional gift card terms may apply.

Gift cards:

  • Have no cash value except where required by law

  • Cannot generally be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used according to the terms provided at purchase

  • May be subject to additional restrictions displayed on the applicable gift card page

20. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You may have the option to create a customer account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information

  • Providing accurate information

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

You must not submit content that:

By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant FOVIER permission to display and use that content in connection with our website and services, subject to applicable law and any permissions requested at the time of submission.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
